Prince William & Kate at Canada Day in Ottawa


Prince William & Kate Middleton are celebrating Canada Day on July 1 in Canada. The royal couple is very delighted to be with Canadian people on this occasion, it is clear from the speech of Prince William at Rideau Hall during the official welcome ceremony. The Duke made it clear that his family and he love this country very much that is why he and Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge made this decision to be in Canada after their wedding.

The Royal Couple has received warm welcome from the people of Canada from the moment their Royal Air force airplane landed in Ottawa, Canada. On the second day of their visit that is on 1 July, they are going to celebrate Canada Day with the people of Canada at Parliament Hill. The preparation for the Canada Day is on full swing ranging from participation practices in festivities by the performers to the workers looking for the surrounding maintenances of roads to stage of the function.




The Royal Couple visit Canadian Museum of Civilisation in the morning after that arrives at the Parliament Hill where they will receive official greetings and military honours of 21 gun salute. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will also attend the evening show at the Parliament Hill. In night around 9:30pm the royal couple is expected to leave the Parliament Hill.


1 July is very important for Prince William as it is also the Birthday of her mother Princess Diana who died in car crash. Prince William always remembers her mother everyday quoted by him. So amid all the ceremonies in Canada among celebrations there will be little regret of losing her mother.
