There account were blocked by the Facebook giving reason that they are fake accounts and if the suspended accounts are real one than give the proof of it to the Facebook to get back those accounts.
Ever since Kate Middleton married Prince William, she has got a huge popularity around the world and this has created problem for the other account holders who are having accounts on the same name either coincidently or knowing the fact but want to get popularity.

Another Kate Middleton, 29, a health care assistant from Kingsway, Northants in UK. And there is also one more if you remember Kate Middleton, 33, of Sydney from Australia.
